Return procedure:

1. Please contact our customer service to submit a return request. This can be done by e-mail at customerservice@rhveilig.nl or by telephone at  31653158298. Please include the order number, the reason for the return and any other relevant information. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RMA number) from us and further instructions on how to return the item. You can also submit this online RMA form online. Carefully pack the item in the original packaging (if possible) to prevent damage during transport. Please include a copy of the invoice or receipt with your return shipment. As soon as we have received the returned item and inspected, we will process the refund or replacement depending on your preference and the item's availability. Items must be returned unused within 14 days of receipt.Returned items must be in unused, undamaged and resalable condition, including all original labels and packaging.We do not cover items that are personalized, perishable, or cannot be returned for hygienic reasons return policy.Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in the return request.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
